KNGDM Sports Performance ("KNGDM") operates KNGDM Akademy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account information (name, email, password), billing information (processed by Kajabi Payments; we do not store full card numbers), the athlete's position, grade and goals if you provide them, content you post in the community, and usage data such as pages viewed and lessons completed. Our platform provider, Kajabi, processes this data on our behalf.

How we use it

To deliver the membership, process payments, send account and content emails, moderate the community, improve the product, and, with your consent, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Children

KNGDM Akademy is for athletes 13 and older, with accounts held by a parent or legal guardian for athletes under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, email us and we will delete it.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (Kajabi, payment processing, email delivery), when required by law, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account information from your account settings or by emailing us. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time.
