Monthly and annual memberships. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and you will not be charged again. We do not refund the current billing period once it has been charged. A free trial that converts to a paid membership is not refundable once charged; we email you before the trial ends so you can cancel first.

Annual memberships. If you cancel within 7 days of your first annual charge, email us and we will refund it in full.

Film Review and Custom Program. Refundable in full if you cancel before the athlete's film or intake has been submitted. Once work has begun, these purchases are not refundable.

Billing mistakes. If you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will make it right.
