1. Who we are, who you are
KNGDM Akademy is operated by KNGDM Sports Performance, a Colorado corporation, 333 Inverness Dr S, Englewood, CO 80112 ("KNGDM," "we"). The account holder must be 18 or older. If the athlete using the content is under 18, the account holder must be that athlete's parent or legal guardian and agrees to these terms on the athlete's behalf. Athletes under 13 may not use KNGDM Akademy.
2. What you're buying
Access to digital training content and a member community for the personal, non-commercial use of one athlete. You may not share logins, download or redistribute video, or use the content to train others for a fee.
3. Subscriptions, trials and automatic renewal
KNGDM Akademy is sold as a monthly membership ($14.99 per month) or an annual membership ($119 per year). Some members join through an athlete referral link that includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before a free trial ends, the payment method on file will be charged the membership price on the day the trial ends and again at each renewal until you cancel. Monthly memberships renew every 30 days; annual memberships renew every 12 months. You can cancel anytime from your account settings (Settings → Manage Subscription) or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will email you before a free trial converts to a paid membership. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
4. One-time purchases
Film Review and Custom Program are one-time purchases delivered inside the platform within 7 days of receiving the athlete's film or completed intake, respectively. They are coaching feedback and training programming, not evaluations for recruiting purposes and not a guarantee of any outcome.

6. Assumption of risk
Training carries a risk of injury. Our Assumption of Risk & Waiver is part of these terms.
7. The Kommunity
Our community guidelines are posted inside the community and are part of these terms. KNGDM may remove content or members at its discretion. Content you post may be displayed inside the platform. KNGDM will not use a member's clip in marketing without a separate written release.
8. Intellectual property
All courses, videos, programs, interviews and written material are owned by or licensed to KNGDM. You receive a limited license to view them while you are a member. Coach and athlete names and likenesses appear with permission; no college, university or other institution endorses KNGDM Akademy.
9. Not medical or professional advice; no recruiting guarantee
Nothing on KNGDM Akademy is medical, physical-therapy or nutrition advice, and nothing guarantees a scholarship, offer, roster spot or any athletic outcome. Guest coaches speak generally about the recruiting process and do not evaluate individual athletes.
10. Termination
Either party may end the membership at any time. If we terminate for a violation of these terms, no refund is owed for the current period.
11. Limitation of liability and disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNGDM's total liability for any claim related to KNGDM Akademy is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by Colorado law, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify members by email. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.
